Tata Punch CNG – Latest Updates, On Road Price, Specifications

As of the latest update on 22nd May’23, the Tata Punch CNG showcases a design that closely resembles its standard petrol-powered counterparts. The main visual distinction lies in the inclusion of the iCNG symbol and CNG sticker, while no other exterior modifications are expected in the forthcoming Punch iCNG.

The interior features of the Tata Punch CNG will largely mirror those of the petrol-powered Tata Punch model. Notably, the Punch CNG version is displayed with an electric sunroof, which is likely to be retained in the final release. Alongside this upgrade, the Punch CNG will continue to boast additional features like an automatic temperature control system, projector headlights, semi-digital instrument console, and a touchscreen infotainment system.

Under the hood, the Tata Punch CNG will be equipped with the same 1.2-liter 3-cylinder engine found in the Tiago & Tigor iCNG models. This engine has a power output of 84 bhp and generates 113 Nm of torque. When operating on CNG, the engine’s performance is adjusted to provide 76 bhp and 97 Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
